Before that, your eavestrough will tell you:

Water coming down behind the trough is usually the drip edge flashing at the roofline, not the eavestrough itself. We fix that too.

Enayat walks your roofline and checks the things an aerial image can't show: the slope of the old runs, where the water actually lands, whether the fascia wood has gone soft, and whether your roof needs 5" or 6". New eavestrough can't hang off rotten wood, so if the fascia is done, he'll tell you straight.

Then, Enayat shows you what he found and you ask him your questions. Repair or replace? Why? 5-inch or 6-inch? What changes? What are the colour options? Are leaf guards worth it? Plain answers from the guy who'll do the work, and room to discuss it with your family.

Here's what to know before you book.
Caught early, it's often a hanger fix. Left through a winter, it turns into fascia replacement.
What we don't do? The cheap drop-in mesh from the hardware store.
This usually makes clogging worse, so we don't install it.
We remove ice dams with an industrial steam machine so your shingles survive, and we install attic vents to keep the roof cold.
If insulation is your real problem, we'll say so and point you to the right trade.
We never quote off a photo. Instead, we come in person, do a free assessment, answer any questions you have, and give you a written quote to think over.
